Project Supervisor– Duties / Responsibilities / Employment Background – Leads the day-to-day management of project sites in compliance with company proposal and stated objectives, and with the accepted scope of work of company clients. The primary responsibility is the safety and health of Basha Services personnel and others that might be affected by our work. Candidate should possesses field experience in the conduct of remediation contracting services, have experience operating monitoring equipment, sample procurement, and consulting experience such as being able to develop approaches for data gathering, analysis, and deliverable development. Develops solutions and strategies, and determines and presents alternative courses of action to optimize program effectiveness within the stated scope of work established by the company. Education experience should include Masters degree and 3 year’s experience; or Bachelors degree and 4 plus years experience, and 40-Hour HARWOPER training. Candidate must have above average communication, computer, writing, and leadership skills. Up to 80% travel required.
Equipment Operator– Duties / Responsibilities / Employment Background – Proficient to expert level heavy equipment operation of excavator, dozer, backhoe, bobcat, track and rubber tire loaders. Candidate should have exemplary safety record. The ideal candidate will have a Commercial Drivers License with HAZMAT endorsement, and be mechanically inclined. Candidate should possesses field experience in the conduct of remediation contracting services included projects involving excavation, demolition, grading, and clearing. Education experience should include High School Diploma and 6 years’ experience, and 40-Hour HARWOPER training. Up to 80% travel required.
Technician / Laborer– Duties / Responsibilities / Employment Background – Provides work consistent with environmental labor including manual labor, operation of small equipment, pressure washing, demolition, and other environmental or construction work. Candidate should possesses field experience in the conduct of remediation contracting services, have experience operating monitoring equipment, sample procurement, and be able to perform manual labor tasks. Equipment Operation skills will enhance a candidates consideration. Education experience should include High School Diploma and 4 years experience, and 40-Hour HARWOPER training. Up to 80% travel required.
Remediation & Emergency Response Project Manager– Must have minimum of 5-years environmental contracting management experience and BS in science, environmental, or engineering field. Must have excellent oral and written communication skills. Ideal candidate will have spill cleanup, contaminated soil remediation, storage tank closure or cleaning, confined space, groundwater remediation system construction, demolition, site grading and civil construction experience. Significant travel might be required.
